Advertising on the Electronic Sign on Campus
It shall be the practice of Southeastern Technical College to allow non-profit organizations (schools and community organizations that benefit the areas of Candler, Emanuel, Jenkins, Johnson, Montgomery, Treutlen, Tattnall, and Toombs Counties) to advertise on the electronic sign on the Swainsboro and Vidalia Campus.
All messages must be approved by the Director of Public Relations and Marketing. Only non-profit organizations, schools and community organizations that benefit the areas of Candler, Emanuel, Jenkins, Johnson, Montgomery, Treutlen, Tattnall, and Toombs Counties are eligible. Southeastern Technical College does not allow churches to advertise on the sign, due to the volume of requests. Exception to this procedure is an organization that utilizes the auditorium facilities, which falls under the guidelines established in the Regulations for Auditorium Utilization for Southeastern Technical College. Any non-profit organization wishing to advertise must give the information to Southeastern Technical College at least three weeks prior to the event they wish to advertise.
